After ages I am writing my food blog. Just taking a detour from the student cooking which happens everyday, I decided to try something different. Something which I never tried baking earlier but tried in the restaurant Goa Portuguesa, Mahim- Bebinca....
The next time I visit Goa, the first thing I am going to have is Bebinca. Right now sitting in Loughborough, UK, i made a trial one: 4 layered bebinca, originally its 16 layers i read...but heres it!
